Fix some issues with file transfers

- Fix bug causing failed avatar transfers to be sent as normal file transfers
      when a friend goes offline and comes back online
- Remove some unused members of the FileTransfer struct
- Rename filenum -> filenumber and friendnum -> friendnumber
